Rehabilitative Exercise

Beneficial post-operations, following motor vehicle accidents, sports or other injuries, postural and chronic pain conditions. Helps stabilize over-stretched muscles and improve mobility by stretching tight muscles.

Manual Therapy Techniques

Our therapist is trained in a variety of manual therapy, mobilization, and soft tissue techniques to decrease pain, scar tissue, and inflammation while improving joint mobility and tissue health.

Medical Acupuncture

Medical acupuncture is a modern treatment approach founded in concepts of neurology, anatomy and physiology. This involves the strategic placement of sterile needles into various locations in the body to stimulate the nervous system to release chemicals that change the experience of pain and trigger the release of hormones which influence the body’s own internal regulating system.

The McKenzie Method

The McKenzie Method is an effective, specialized program of assessment, treatment and prevention strategies (including exercise) to treat neck and back spinal disc bulges and hernations with or without symptoms referring into the arms and legs (such as burning, sharp shooting pain, numbness, pins and needles, and weakness)

Patient Education

Our Physiotherapist will help you understand your symptoms, the cause and how it can be treated, improved, and avoided in the future, all in words you will understand.
