Meet our Dietitian
Holly Amos is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and Sivananda trained Yoga Teacher. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition with First Class Honours at St Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia she continued to complete the St Francis Xavier University Integrated Dietetic Internship program.
Upon completing her formal education Holly saw the remarkable connections between the health of the body and mind. This connection inspired her to complete her yoga teacher training at the Sivananda Ashram on Paradise Island, Bahamas. With a strong background in nutrition and yoga, Holly believes in approaching wellness through making positive changes to improve your health and help you feel great!

Injury Prevention & Performance Care
Employee health is very important for attendance, job performance and employee wellbeing. We provide interactive group sessions to help build healthier work environments by providing opportunities for employees to learn about nutrition. We have a variety of presentations and programs to choose from!
Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness
We believe that our health and wellness demands that we take care of our bodies and minds. Through incorporating individual or group yoga, meditation and mindfulness into our care we provide the opportunity for you to explore what these practices can add to your health and wellness.
